PL: PL is a sort of sect (Perfect Liberty) that organises an annual firework (PL花火) in August in the south of Osaka. It's the largest fireworks in the world. We saw it from the wrong side (apparently) but it's nonetheless quite impressive. The only problem is that there was not much wind, leading to a very smoky sky. The pictures below are from the 2006 edition.
Yodogawa: Not a very pleasant experience with the heat and the crowd but then again we were way to late. You have to prepare for Hanabi in Japan, and that includes arriving early...
