If you find yourself walking from Takeda station to the Jonan-gu shrine, you may come across this temple, although you will probably have to do a little detour to find it. In other works, few people know about it, and since Anrakuju-in is not normally open to the public there's not many reasons to be there. I heard the inner gardens where nice though, and hope to pay a visit some day.
Note: this temple is completely different from the similarly named Anraku-ji temple, which is near the philosopher's path in the north-east of Kyoto.
