Rokuhara Mitsui-dera (六波羅蜜寺)

Rokuhara Mitsui-dera (六波羅蜜寺)

Rokuhara Mitsui-dera (六波羅蜜寺) was founded in 963. Many times destroyed and rebuilt, the current buildings are from 1969. The temple contains several statues from the Heian and Kamakura periods, some of them "Important Cultural Properties". This makes the temple relatively famous, but it does not offer a lot of opportunities for the photographer.
