The last floors of Taipei 101 (Taipei 台北市, Taiwan)
Unfortunately the upper structure of Taipei 101 is not accessible. The reason: these are technical floors. Keep in mind that the Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) hangs from the last 101th floor. You don't want to mess with the cables of a 660 ton weight.
